As a common man, residing in Chandigarh Mohali from the last four years, i saw a lot of development and improvement, but only in newspapers. On ground, they are NIL. I don't understand that what, bureaucrates and politicians of the area have done in the last 5 years. They seldom appear in public. There is no accountability and transparency in the chandigarh and mohali administration. I live in Balongi. I must say , balongi is better only for dogs and pigs not for us.
Is there anybody who would dare to ask balongi administration about this condition. If somebody ever read this comment, i would suggest him/her to make a visit to balongi to arrive at any conclusion.
